one serial port (channel 0).
Channel: Is configured for:
0 supporting RS-232C
The PLC-5/VME processor channel 0 protocol defaults to the system mode of
operation (DF1 point-to-point), which allows programming from a PC terminal.
The default communication rate is 2400.
